By accessing or using DayJam ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DayJam is a social platform that allows users to share daily music moments through short video clips synchronized with music. Users can discover, rate, and interact with content shared by others.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

By posting content on DayJam, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service
• Represent that you have the right to post the content
• Agree not to post content that infringes on others' rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

DayJam has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or objectionable
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Bully, intimidate, or harass other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Collect user information without consent
• Post spam or engage in any form of automated activity

Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the app. Users may also block other users to prevent seeing their content. DayJam will review all reports and act on them within 24 hours, which may include removing content and ejecting the offending user from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by DayJam and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Content

The Service may include content from third parties, including music from streaming platforms. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party content is subject to those third parties' terms and policies.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYJAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
