What is DayJam?
DayJam is a social app where you share your daily music moments. Capture short video clips, pair them with the song you're listening to, and share your vibe with the world.
How do I create a post?
Open the DayJam app, tap the create button, record your video clips (up to 5 scenes), search for your song, and post your jam.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at admin@dayjam.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your username. We will process your request within 30 days.
How do I report inappropriate content?
If you see content that violates our community guidelines, you can report it directly within the app or email admin@dayjam.com with details about the content.
Is DayJam free?
Yes. DayJam is free to download and use.
What devices are supported?
DayJam is available for iOS devices. You can also browse jams on the web at dayjam.com.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours. For urgent matters, please include "URGENT" in your email subject line.
